Vasudha & Prakash, Chartered Accountants, an accounting firm based at Bangalore had a modest beginning in the year 2008 as a proprietary concern. Vasudha & Prakash was reconstituted as Partnership firm in the year 2013.

Our team comprises of 2 Partners with experience in taxation (both Direct and Indirect), Auditing, Corporate Process Outsourcing, Corporate Governance, Compliance Matters (in state& central laws and RBI matters including FEMA), consulting services and US Corporate taxation. We have on board senior professionals like CPA, CA, CMA , CS and Advocates whose services are utilised on need basis.
