Our team comprises of 2 Partners with experience in taxation (both Direct and Indirect), Auditing, Corporate Process Outsourcing, Corporate Governance, Compliance Matters (in state& central laws and RBI matters including FEMA), consulting services and US Corporate taxation. We have on board senior professionals like CPA, CA, CMA , CS and Advocates whose services are utilised on need basis.

Ms. Vasudha Vasudevan – Founder & Senior Partner and FCA

She heads the Audit, Regulatory and Corporate Outsourcing team. Shehas rich experience in Bank Audits, PSU Audits. She is a DISA qualified member and has specialised certification in International taxation from ICAI.

Mr. Prakash Anantharaman – Partner and ACA

He heads the consulting and taxation team. He brings in a rich experience of working in corporate world to the firm.He has a specialisation in US corporate taxation from his 6 year stint with M/S Ernst & Young India GSS Private Limited and in valuation of shares, DDR, Structuring transactions, FEMA compliance in relation to ECB, ESOP from his 2 year stint as head of Consulting team in M/S Guru & Jana a mid-size chartered accountant firm.
